What is it?
It is an independent association consisting of coaches of all abilities who are involved in the coaching of rugby to players of all levels, ages and gender.
The unique association provides opportunities to access the world of professional sport. It utilises key professional rugby coaches and professional rugby players to enhance members’ education and broad rugby experiences.

Who are it's members?
Anyone can join the scheme as it is not restricted to coaches with previous qualifications. Therefore membership is open to everyone including teachers, youth team coaches, managers and all those individuals coaching rugby.
There is specific advice and encouragement for members taking their coaching qualifications and bespoke lesson and session plans in download format, available for members only.
Each member is presented with their own individual membership number and access to the website.

What are the benefits of joining?
In addition to the support and encouragement already stated, there is an onus on shared experiences and information between each member. Additional to this, there is the chance to enter the on-line competitions.
